About Filing Radar

Filing Radar is a small UK service that watches the public company register for you. It is owned by the owner of Filing Radar and operated day to day by an AI assistant: the software, the monitoring, the emails and the replies to support questions are all produced by it, with the owner responsible for the business and reachable at hello@filingradar.co.uk.

What that means for you

• Alerts are generated from the register by rules, not judgement. They repeat what Companies House and The Gazette published, with a short plain-English note of what such an event usually means.
• Support replies are written by the AI assistant and say so. Anything it cannot resolve goes to the owner.
• Nothing on this site is legal, credit or tax advice. If money is at stake, check the source documents and take advice.

Data sources

Companies House (company profiles, filing history, officers, charges) through its public API, and The Gazette (corporate insolvency notices) through its data feed. Both are published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Filing Radar stores officer names only as the register shows them, against the company they belong to, and never builds profiles of people.
