Privacy notice

Filing Radar is provided by the owner of Filing Radar (the controller). Contact: privacy@filingradar.co.uk.

What we hold about you

• Your email address, used to sign you in (emailed links), to send the alerts and summaries you asked for, and for service messages about your account and billing.
• Your watchlist: the companies you chose and any label you gave them.
• Billing: handled by Stripe, who hold your card and billing address. We hold your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your billing country.
• Technical logs (Application Insights, 30 days) for reliability. Logs never contain sign-in links or the content of alerts.

Why (lawful basis)

Performance of the contract with you (the service you signed up for) and, for security logs, our legitimate interest in running a reliable service. We do not sell data, run advertising, or send marketing email without your consent.

Company data

Information about companies, including the names of their officers, comes from the public register at Companies House and from The Gazette. We show it to you as published, only for the companies you watch.

Retention and deletion

Everything is deleted when you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), apart from Stripe's own records, which Stripe keeps for its legal obligations. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes.

Microsoft Azure (hosting, database and email sending, UK and EU regions), Stripe (payments).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email the address above.

One sign-in cookie, one one-minute status-message cookie and one anti-forgery cookie. No analytics cookies.
